S+ Tier Exos Heroes

Image via Oozoo

Although these heroes are the best you can use in the game, they’re also extremely rare and difficult to get. They have godlike abilities, easily dominating in matches. Paired with great skill in knowing how to use these heroes, a win is almost always guaranteed.

  • Bathory (Forgotten Memory)
  • Bitru
  • Dorka
  • FC Annie
  • FC Carrie
  • FC Hekin
  • FC Luke
  • FC Tantalo
  • Jinai (Supreme Queen)
  • Misty
  • Rera
  • Rienor
  • Rood
  • Talia (Prophet of the Sun)

The most beginner-friendly S+ Tier hero is Bathory. Her active and passive attacks inflict damage easily on the opponent. You can simply spam her skills and basic attacks while looking out for the most optimum position and you’re good to go.

There’s also Rera where her power is pretty dependent on the opponent. Her unique skill is from her Summon Uloom and its damage is based on the enemy’s mana. So keep this in mind before making this hero your pick.

S Tier Exos Heroes

Image via Oozoo

Heroes in the S+ and S tier can get interchanged often, dependent on either the players’ opinion or the changes from regular game updates. There are some heroes from the lower tiers that do get transferred to the S tier, but these are mostly those who were previously in the S+ tier.

  • Adams (Banga Family)
  • April
  • Athlon
  • Brook (The Reversed World)
  • Deva (Forgotten Memory)
  • Garff (The Reversed World)
  • Iris (Holiday at the White Ocean)
  • Jinn (Banga Family)
  • John Donk
  • Luna
  • Magi (The First Guardians)
  • Schmid
  • SEO-A
  • Shell (Artist of Death)
  • Valarr

Just like the heroes in the S+ tier, those in the S tier do not guarantee you a win if you do not learn how to maximize their abilities first. For example, keeping up with Garff’s passive is crucial. He offers you auto mana regeneration, and he also has the ability to share HP with allies.

A Tier Exos Heroes

Image via Oozoo

Heroes listed below belonging in the A tier are those that are not necessarily bad or difficult to play with, but their skills are mostly nerfed. If chosen by a beginner to the game, it may not be enough to compete in the current meta. On the other hand, those who are more experienced with Exos Heroes can find potential in these heroes and scale them up by using valid items.

  • Annie (Forgotten Memory)
  • Baileysh
  • Baraka (The First Guardians)
  • Bernavas
  • Chati
  • Emma (Forgotten Memory)
  • Jean
  • Lepin (Awakening)
  • Morris
  • Shufraken
  • Valentina (Princess’ Vacation)
  • Zeon (The First Guardians)

We consider Valentina to be the top hero in this tier. She has the greatest potential so long as you know how to maximize her abilities. Trigger her passive and take advantage of her Frostbite every four turns. Also, do not overlook her ability of crowd control. Then, there’s Emma who can prove to be the star of the show as her passive can double the damage of the team according to her level.

B Tier Exos Heroes

Image via Oozoo

Mostly used by either rookies or skilled players looking for something new, the heroes in the B tier are average at best in terms of their stats and attributes. They aren’t able to dominate independently in battles and will always need the support of other players in the team to succeed.

  • Otard (Awakening)
  • Luke (Banga Family)
  • Anastasia (The First Guardians)
  • Scarlet (Hotter Than the Sun)
  • Degas (Beach by the Blue Sea)
  • Rachel (Forgotten Memory)
  • Uloom
  • Kylock

Considered one of the S+ tier heroes once upon a time, Scarlet gets demoted to B tier as her passive is not quite effective as it was any more in team clashes. Her Chain Fireball still proves to be useful though, as it can support the other characters because of its AOE damage. With this, it’s vital that you do not go into a clash alone when using her.

Otard is also another hero that struggles when put into spontaneous clashes. Sure, her Brutal Axe is incredibly lethal, but it can only be used on one enemy. Her Destruction Blow can be useful with dealing some damage to all enemies too but requires a lot more mana, especially when compared to similar abilities of those heroes in the higher tiers.

C Tier Exos Heroes

Image via Oozoo

We placed these heroes on the bottom tier as they cannot keep up with the current meta due to the developers putting more focus on the other heroes. We recommend only using these if you are not competitive and are only curiously looking to find ways how to enhance these heroes to the peak of their abilities in order to be viable in a battle.

  • Sabrina
  • Neomi
  • Xiakhan
  • Baraka (Awakening)
  • Bernadette (Melting Ice)
  • Rudley
  • Ramge (Awakening)

For these heroes to be at their very best in a battle, you’ll have to know which of their skills are the most useful. For Neomi, it’s her Millenial Light. This hero is more of a defensive hero as she cannot deal enough damage to easily kill an opponent. For Ramge, his only useful skill is his passive, Cleanse 3. Strategize the timing of when to use it and he should be decent enough.

Exos Heroes continues to thrive and remains to be one of the best gacha games to play. We also have tier lists on similar games like Neural Cloud, so be sure to check them out.

How to Beat Mission 5: Severnaya in GoldenEye 007 – Mission Guide https://www.touchtapplay.com/how-to-beat-mission-5-severnaya-in-goldeneye-007-mission-guide/ https://www.touchtapplay.com/how-to-beat-mission-5-severnaya-in-goldeneye-007-mission-guide/#respond Wed, 01 Mar 2023 08:53:56 +0000 https://www.touchtapplay.com/?p=180020 One of the trickier missions in the game, it can be easy to get stuck on the fifth mission in GoldenEye 007 without a good strategy set in place. Although the enemies respond slowly, they increase in number as you go through this mission, and the enhanced map, along with the objectives to complete, isn’t exactly a piece of cake to accomplish. With this mission guide, we’ll tell you all you need to know on how to beat Mission 5: Severnaya in GoldenEye 007.

What are the objectives in Part 1 of Mission 5 in GoldenEye 007?

Image via Rare

There are four primary objectives in Part 1: Surface of Mission 5: Severnaya:

  • Disrupt all surveillance equipment
  • Break communications link to bunker
  • Disable Spetznaz support aircraft
  • Gain entry to the bunker

In Mission 5, you are dropped off in a similar location as the one on Mission 4. What makes things different this time is that it’s at night time. When the mission begins, head down the main road and kill the guards you come across. Remember to take the bounty your enemies drop.

How to complete Part 1 of Mission 5 in GoldenEye 007

Image via Rare

When the road splits into three directions, keep heading straight. Before you reach another three-way path, more guards will come up to you. Quickly eliminate them and keep heading forward. Continue until you see a communications dish in front of you. Once you do, take a right.

Destroy all surveillance cameras

Image via Rare

The next time a path opens up to your left, take that road. Look to your right and you’ll see the back of a bungalow house. Go towards the left-hand side of the building. From that vantage point, you can shoot at the surveillance camera to destroy it.

At this point, more guards will come after you. Kill them and head inside the house. Shoot at the military commando inside immediately and he will drop the comms room key that you can take, along with his gun.

Head out of the bunker and take the path to your right. Guards will come running at you to try and stop you. When you’ve taken care of the guards, head straight, then take the path again to your right. Watch your six carefully as there will most likely be guards continuing to hunt you down. Continue to head straight, and when the road splits into two, take a right.

Destroy the communications link

Image via Rare

On the next junction, take a left instead. You’ll then see the building with the communications dish. Go inside, take the stairs, and quickly destroy the surveillance camera before you take a left on the path of the stairs.

The path will take you inside a small room. Destroy both communication links. A text will appear on your screen to confirm that the objective to destroy them has been completed. Be quick to eliminate the guards as they will be on to you and follow you in.

Avoid surveillance and stay undetected

Image via Rare

Once done, get out of the building and take the path to your left. Continue down that road until you see a house behind a fence. Destroy the surveillance camera on its right side. Routinely, guards will continue to chase you down so just eliminate them as you go.

Head out of the fenced area and turn left. Stay close to the farthest right, hugging the treeline, to go around the first house and destroy its surveillance camera.

Go back on your path and head straight. Take a left when the path splits into two. Continue forward, passing by a building. You can simply ignore the guards if they’re far enough and you are undetected.

Disable Spetznaz support aircraft and enter the bunker

Image via Rare

When the path splits, go left, and continue on that path. When you reach a junction again, take a right this time. You’ll then reach a Hound MI-4 helicopter, where you should be placing a bomb. Keep a watchful eye on the pesky guards until a text appears that confirms it has been destroyed. You can then enter the bunker facing the helicopter to finish this part.

What are the objectives in Part 2 of Mission 5 in GoldenEye 007?

Image via Rare

There are five primary objectives in ‘Part 2: Bunker’ of ‘Mission 5: Severnaya’:

  • Compare staff/casualty lists
  • Recover CCTV tape
  • Disable all security cameras
  • Recover Goldeneye operations manual
  • Escape with Natalya

How to complete Part 2 of Mission 5 in GoldenEye 007

Image via Rare

This part starts inside a jail cell. Imprisoned in the cell next to you is Natalya, who says she was jailed as they claimed her to be a traitor. You can approach her to initiate a conversation to know more, or you can simply select your gadget and choose “Watch Magnet Attract” right away.

Right across you on the wall is the cell key. Press Z to get the key and wait until the guard is close by before you press B to open the cell door. Be quick to attack the guard and get the KF7 Soviet that he will drop.

When you get out of your cell, you’ll see a caged platform to your right. You can use your ‘Watch Magnet Attract’ again to pick up a concealed set of throwing knives from there.

How to kill the guards

Image via Rare

Outside the area of the jail, several guards roam along the corridors. At this point when you have no other weapons than just knives, your fists, and a loud KF7 Soviet, we recommend a stealthy approach to eliminating the guards one by one and completing your objectives.

You can do so by using the doors as your shield. Lure the attention of the guards, one by one, after isolating them, as they move around quite a lot. Make them follow you behind a door and close it first. Once they’re right in front of it, open the door and use your fists to eliminate them. This stealthy approach is a bit more tedious but a more guaranteed way to complete this part of the mission right away on your first attempt.

Destroy all security cameras

Image via Rare

When you’ve killed all the guards that roam the halls, be wary of entering rooms, as they are all guarded. Use the windows on the doors to scout how many guards you need to eliminate, and to first identify the location of any cameras you need to shoot at to remain undetected.

Get the first document

Image via Rare

The room with three guards inside and a door with striped yellow and black borders is where you need to grab the document as part of one of your objectives. When you get out of this room, turn right and open the door, and the path splits into two. Sneakily look to your right and shoot at the surveillance camera. A guard will chase you down, so just lure him towards you, go behind a door, and eliminate him as soon as he’s in front of you.

Head towards the area with the security camera you just destroyed, and the computer room will be on your left, with another door and a short hallway in front of it. Before entering, you can shoot at the security camera on the left side through the glass window. You can also kill the guard in this room the same way if you see his head peeking through.

Recover the CCTV tape

Image via Rare

This guard drops a safe key, which you can take. Go back to the hallway you came from before going to the computer room. There’s another room on the right side. Make sure to destroy the camera to your right first through the glass window before entering. You should get a good vantage point on it by crouching.

Face your left side and take a right. There’s a room on the right side with a guard. You can quickly enter this room and kill him just by using your fists. Take the CCTV tape on top of the table after, and that’s another objective off your list.

In the same room, there’s a door with a yellow arrow pointing upwards on it. In a swift move, open this door and shoot at the camera at the very top.

Recover the Goldeneye operations manual

Image via Rare

Retrace your steps to go back to the hallway where the door to the prison cells is. There’s another room to your left straight ahead of that door, where you need to kill three guards that are inside. Lure the two guards one by one, same as earlier, to eliminate them. When there’s only one left, you can simply go into the room to take him out fast.

In this room sits a vault where you can use the safe key you obtained earlier to unlock it. Recover the Goldeneye operations manual, which is a red document, along with a pair of silenced PP7 which can come in really handy as you finish this mission.

Destroy all turret guns

Image via Rare

Retrace your steps to go towards the hallway with striped yellow and black walls. Do not turn right away, as there is an automatic turret gun in this area. Barely look to your right, crouch to get a good view, and shoot at it to destroy it.

Continue heading straight. Before you reach the next area, peek behind the wall and you’ll see another turret gun. Shoot at it again to ensure your safe and quiet approach towards the end of this mission.

Slowly enter the area, and there’ll be another turret gun to destroy at the immediate open space to your right. After this, there will be two more guards left to kill on the right side at the end of the hallway. Head forward to exit this section.

Obtain the key card

Image via Rare

Pass by the two doors and take a right before the path ends. Continue straight until you have to go down a short flight of stairs. Two guards will be on either side. Carefully approach until you can quietly peg one guard, and immediately kill the other one the soonest he is alerted. Another guard will approach, and after eliminating all of them, you’ll notice that one has dropped a key card which you can use later.

On your left, destroy the camera before continuing down the hall. Through the long hallway, turn left and you’ll see another room to your left. You can shoot through the glass window to take down the guard inside. More guards will follow suit, in which case, you can use the door as your shield. With their increased number, though, you have to shoot all of them down much faster.

Get the last document for the objective

Image via Rare

Once they’re all dealt with, go inside the large room. On at least two of the open spaces to your left, there’s another guard on both of them left to eliminate. Head towards the other side of the room to pick up another red document to complete one of the objectives of this mission.

Disable the last security camera

Image via Rare

Exit the area, turn left, and go up the short flight of stairs. At the end of the hallway, turn right to approach a new area. Shoot down all four of the guards that you can see from a distance. There are another three on the right side of this area. When they’re all eliminated, shoot at the security camera that you can see at the far end of the area, which is on top of some stairs. At this point, a text appears on your screen to confirm that the objective to disable all security cameras has been completed.

Free Natalya from the prison cell

Image via Rare

Now that the entire bunker has been cleared, retrace your steps to return to the area where the prison cell is to free Natalya. Go out of the jail room, turn left, and go up the short flight of stairs. Take a right and open the door in front of you. Then, turn right to return to the control room, which is the area where you just came from, and eliminated the rest of the guards.

The end of Mission 5: Severnaya in Goldeneye 007

Image via Rare

Natalya moves very slowly as she follows you, so just be patient until she eventually catches up to you. Then, she checks the control console, only to find out that Ouromov has activated the Goldeneye satellite, and Severnaya will take fire, leaving you with only less than a minute to escape the bunker safely with her.

It’s only a short jog from the control console towards the exit though, so don’t sweat it. This concludes the fifth mission in GoldenEye 007.

This is not the last you’ll see of Natalya, though, as she becomes an integral part of the game’s narrative from here on out. We’ve got another guide for you for when you need to save Natalya again.

You can now play Goldeneye 007 on Nintendo Switch and Xbox, so don’t miss out!

How to Unlock Pumped BR class in COD Mobile https://www.touchtapplay.com/how-unlock-pumped-br-class-cod-mobile/ https://www.touchtapplay.com/how-unlock-pumped-br-class-cod-mobile/#comments Mon, 27 Feb 2023 22:43:00 +0000 https://www.touchtapplay.com/?p=98433 COD Mobile players have a new battle royale class called Pumped, which comes with two different abilities – Jet Bag and Pump Up. While the Pumped BR class was initially announced during the launch of Call of Duty: Mobile Season 9, there was no way to unlock it at that time.

In a COD Mobile development, Activision introduced a new Got Hops featured event through which players can unlock the brand new Pumped BR class along with some additional rewards. As always, players must complete a set of event missions in order to snag the rewards.

COD Mobile – How to get Pumped BR Class

Image via Activision

The only way to unlock the Pumped BR class in COD Mobile is by earning a total of 120 event points in Got Hops challenge. These are the missions in the battle royale mode, and you get a specific amount of event points for completing each:

  • Land in nuketown on islolated twice in BR matches. (10 points)
  • Land in Heat on islolated twice in BR matches. (10 points)
  • Use class chips 10 times in BR matches. (10 points)
  • Kill 5 enemies using the clown class in BR matches. (10 points)
  • Open 5 weapon supply boxes in BR matches. (15 points)
  • Travel 3500 meters in BR matches. (15 points)
  • Fire 2000 bullets in BR matches. (15 points)
  • Deal 2500 damage in BR matches. (15 points)
  • Use the trap master class 10 times in BR matches. (15 points)
  • Win 1 BR match. (20 points)

As one might notice, all of the objectives together are offering 140 points in total. Therefore, you can skip two missions at most that are offering 10 points each and still manage to unlock the Pumped BR class.

Pumped Battle Royale class abilities

Image via Activision

Here’s what Pumped Battle Royale class can offer through its abilities:

  • Power Jump: Increases the amount of gas injection and nitrogen recovery speed.
  • Pump Up: Gain jet jumping ability. Shooting in the air increases spread reducing accuracy.

Getting your hands on the Call of Duty: Mobile Pumped BR Class can single-handedly make you lethal in the game, so long as you are skilled enough to maximize your abilities. Learn to dodge incoming fire, manage the hardest of terrains, and gain the best vantage point by using your new abilities. Be wary not to use them without a strategy in place, as it may easily make you a target rather than a threat.

How to get Pumped in COD Mobile (2023)

After the Got Hops event, players have noticed that you can get Pumped in COD Mobile and gain the same abilities as a reward upon reaching Elite III. As soon as you rank up, check your mail to claim it. You also get to have its camo, which is pretty neat.

Best Sims 4 Reshade Presets (2023) https://www.touchtapplay.com/best-sims-4-reshade-presets/ https://www.touchtapplay.com/best-sims-4-reshade-presets/#respond Mon, 13 Feb 2023 09:32:39 +0000 https://www.touchtapplay.com/?p=178957 The Sims 4 has long been known as a game that lets its modding community flourish. In addition to custom content and script mods that alter the gameplay, mod creators have also found a way to change up the colors and shading style of the game.

Reshade presets change the color design of the game by tweaking the hue, saturation, and contrast levels. Your visual experience when playing the game is beautifully transformed through them, so we’ve compiled the best Sims 4 reshade presets for you to choose from.

Brownsugar by Elaina

Image via Elaina

The greens in the game look a lot more realistic, yet still vibrant, with this reshade preset. This is perfect if you have the Cottage Living expansion pack, or if you just like having lots of natural and green elements in the world. This also fixes the tendency of the game to make deeper skin tones look a bit dull and gray, as the Brownsugar reshade preset makes deeper skin tones pop.

Eventide by Palakoslip

Image via Palakoslip

You know how your surroundings look absolutely stunning during the golden hour just right before sunset? This reshade preset, Eventide by Palakoslip, realistically captures that perfect lighting through color. It overlays a gorgeous splash of soft golden hour light on your game.

Bojana Reshade by Bojana Sims

Image via Bojana Sims

This reshade preset completely overhauls the colors in the game. It has a lot of pink undertones, and may be best for those who love taking screenshots of their builds and home designs. What’s great about this reshade preset as well is that its creator goes into full detail on how to any install reshade preset 3.0.8 in general through the same Patreon post where you can download it.

Lunar Reshade by simancholy

Image via simancholy

Unlike the reshade presets mentioned above that were made using the Reshade 3.0.8, Lunar Reshade is more updated with 4.9.1. It has toggle keys in which you can turn the cinematic blur on and off, or make it more pronounced to make your screenshots truly stand out. This reshade preset does not alter the game’s original colors too much, but simply enhances them up a whole notch.

Clear POP! by amoebae

Image via amoebae

If you prefer a reshade preset with brighter and bolder colors but do not like oversaturated oranges and haziness, “Clear POP!” is the perfect one for you to download. The colors are very similar to the environment in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, so if you love that kind of look, this one easily takes the top spot in your list of the best reshade presets in The Sims 4. This works with any reshade preset version 4 and onwards.

Rosemary by aillian

Image via aillian

Transform your world in The Sims 4 into an ethereal wonderland with Rosemary, a reshade preset that makes the colors in the game vibrant yet softer. It was made with Reshade version 5.0.0, so make sure you have it first before downloading.

Eleanora by Talentedtrait

The colors during the summer season are simply the best. The surroundings look bright and feel fresh, and the sunlight hits just right. This reshade preset by Talentedtrait captures this perfectly, so if you want to make the colors of the summer season last all year long for your sims, this is the best choice. This reshade was created using version 4.9.1, so have it downloaded beforehand.

Guarana by Magalhaessims

Image via Magalhaessims

A reshade preset that gives your game a warmer atmosphere, Guarana adds a subtle hint of sepia to the colors of the game. We imagine this is the most beautiful reshade preset you can download if you play the Island Living expansion pack often, or if you just simply love to have a tropical vibe in the different worlds of The Sims 4. It’s a version 4.7.0 preset that works great in CAS, Build Mode, and Live Mode, which makes it one of the best reshades for the game.

Oatmeal Recipe by Sojuteatime

Image via Sojuteatime

If you’re not a fan of how bright, saturated, and game-y the colors in the original game looks like, or if your eyes are just sensitive to brightness, then you should download Oatmeal Recipe. Where to find the Fishing Trainer in WoW Dragonflight https://www.touchtapplay.com/where-to-find-the-fishing-trainer-in-wow-dragonflight/ https://www.touchtapplay.com/where-to-find-the-fishing-trainer-in-wow-dragonflight/#respond Mon, 13 Feb 2023 09:32:08 +0000 https://www.touchtapplay.com/?p=175875 The newest and the ninth expansion of World of Warcraft, Dragonflight gives you exciting new quests, stories, and more. As with any other new game or expansion, WoW Dragonflight has its players taking time to familiarize themselves with its new features.

The fishing profession is now made to be more user-friendly in WoW Dragonflight, but this time, being a fishing master requires you to first have a fishing trainer. There’s no need to scour the whole map or wait until you come across one though, as we have got you covered on where to find the fishing trainer in WoW Dragonflight.

Dragon Isles fishing trainer location in Wow Dragonflight?

Even for seasoned players of WoW, it can be a daunting task to explore a new area in a new expansion. This is especially challenging in the case of looking for a fishing trainer in Dragon Isles, which is something you never had to do in the earlier expansions. However, the nearest fishing trainer in WoW Dragonflight is relatively easy to find.

You can find a fishing trainer named Mora Cloudwalker in the northern area of the Wingrest Embassy. This is in the Waking Shores which is where you initially arrive in Dragon Isles. Locate the NPC that’s fishing by the water and interact with them.

What’s new with fishing in WoW Dragonflight?

The biggest change in fishing in WoW Dragonflight is how you equip your fishing pole. It’s now a profession tool that no longer has to replace your weapon. In the earlier releases, fishing required the players to move the fishing pole into the primary weapon slot, which makes switching between your combat gear and fishing equipment quite cumbersome.

You also run the risk of hitting enemies with the fishing pole instead, which totally ruins combat. Now, you can easily drop the fishing pole in the top right corner of the Fishing Journal and it can be “equipped” every time you use your fishing skill.

How to Beat Trace | Cool Math Games Guide https://www.touchtapplay.com/how-to-beat-trace-cool-math-games-guide/ https://www.touchtapplay.com/how-to-beat-trace-cool-math-games-guide/#respond Mon, 13 Feb 2023 09:25:46 +0000 https://www.touchtapplay.com/?p=178893 Succeeding in escape rooms is not for the impatient. In Trace on Cool Math Games, you have to escape a strange place that you’re trapped in by meticulously solving hidden puzzles scattered around the area. Technically, Trace is a one-player game, but you may end up having to ask for someone else’s help in order to beat it.

Luckily, we’re here to provide all the tips and tricks you need to know on how to beat Trace on Cool Math Games.

The basics of playing Trace

Screenshot by Touch Tap Play

Trace is a game with straightforward controls. You can click on the yellow arrows around the screen to look around. You can interact with different objects by clicking on them to get clues on the different puzzles you need to solve to escape.

You can also use the Camera button to take photos of the clues you find so you can easily go back to them without having to return to the area where you found it. There’s also the handy Notes button where you can go back on all your snapshots and even jot down helpful notes for your reference. The photo above shows you how to crack the first puzzle in the first room on Trace, but that’s only the beginning.

Escaping the first room

The first room you’ll find yourself in is a strange washroom. Although beating this room can be a bit challenging at first, you’ll find out later on that it’s pretty much an introduction or tutorial to the game. You’ll have to solve the puzzle in the middle of the room with the different colored lights three different times to unlock all three cupboards. To figure out the correct sequences for each, you’ll have to take note of everything that you observe in this room and, you guessed it right: solve more puzzles.

Once you successfully escape this first room, solving the other puzzles and cracking the codes in the rest of the area will come naturally to you as you’ve pretty much gotten the hang of how the game works by then.

The clues you find in the first room are essential to deciphering a numerical code that you’ll have to enter to solve one of the final puzzles in the first room, which unlocks the secret compartment behind the picture frame.

There are numbers below a line scribbled on the plate inside the cupboard to your right. The other numbers you find scattered around the room are written over a line. Keep in mind that Trace is on Cool Math Games after all, and knowing your fractions and how to simplify them are vital to figuring out the code that you need to enter behind the picture frame you’ll find in this room. Use the photo above as your guide to figure out the correct code to enter.

Where is the key to the final puzzle in the first room on Trace?

When the correct numerical code is entered behind the picture frame, it uncovers a light bulb that you can use on the pumpkin inside the cupboard to your left. Use this as a guide to enter the third and last correct sequence for the lights. This opens the final cupboard below the sink, which contains the key to the final puzzle in the first room. Solve the block puzzle, as shown above, to get your ticket on the way out of the first room in Trace.

Tips on beating Trace in Cool Math Games

We can give you a step-by-step process on where to find all the important items and how to solve all the puzzles, but this takes away your full enjoyment of playing Trace and your unspeakable joy whenever you find a new discovery that leads you to your next clue.

What we can do instead is provide you with all the essential tips that you need to know and practice so you can eventually beat the game.

Click on everything

Screenshot by Touch Tap Play

Get ready to spam the left-click button on your mouse as you’ll find out that clicking on essentially everything proves to be useful when trying to beat games like Trace, especially when you’re stuck with no leads yet.

Any lid or cabinet door that can be opened, any picture frame that can be uncovered, anything that’s out of the norm or seemingly unsuspicious: click on it. Leave no stone unturned so you’ll always have a lead to follow.

Some items can be merged together

Screenshot by Touch Tap Play

An important hint that the game doesn’t really spell out for you is that you can actually combine some items that you found and are stored in your inventory. Simply click on a tile with an item and drag it to another tile with a matching item to merge them and make a new object that takes you to your next lead. Hot tip: In the first room, you’ll find two items that becomes a pair of handy scissors when combined.

Use the items

Screenshot by Touch Tap Play

Often in the game, you can only use an object with the environment after combining two items to form it. Other times, the item you collect can be used alone as it is on another object to uncover your next clue. To use an item, click and drag the item tile to anywhere on a location where you think it fits or can be used.

Review the hints

Screenshot by Touch Tap Play

On the lower right-hand side of each item on your inventory, you can click on the magnifying glass icon to check out the game’s hints for that specific object. These hints give you a pretty good idea of where these items can be used, if you still need to combine it first with another item before it can be placed in the appropriate area, or if it’s something that you need to collect in conjunction with similar-looking items to complete something for yet another puzzle.

Take snapshots and jot down notes

The Camera and Notes icons are there for an important reason. Right from the very first room, the game shows you just how useful they can be. Take photos of anything you think can be of use to you later on so you won’t have to keep circling around the area to go back to them.

This is especially useful since after escaping the first room, there will be more puzzles to solve and codes to decipher. Use these tools to your advantage to fast-track your way to your sweet escape. The photo above shows you how you can use the Camera and Notes tool to figure out one of the correct light sequence puzzles in the first room.

Collect all the items first

Screenshot by Touch Tap Play

It can be easy to be overwhelmed after escaping the first room. You’ll find that the area outside of that tiny washroom is massive compared to it. You’ll instantly discover a whole lot of strange symbols to decipher, passwords to figure out, equipment to fiddle with, buttons to push, and more hidden puzzles within puzzles that you just don’t know where to begin.

Since the game gives you a hint for every item you collect, you can ease your way into this next part by collecting all the objects first. Keep your eyes peeled and click on any loose item that you see. Don’t forget to interact with the furniture around you to not miss out on anything. From there, check out the hints on each of the items you collect to figure out your next step.

Do not forget where you came from

Screenshot by Touch Tap Play

After your initial victory with escaping the first room, Trace overwhelms you by revealing just how expansive the whole location is after looking around outside of the small washroom where you came from.

Upon leaving this room, it automatically locks you out of it. All the puzzles you solve in the area around it lead you to finding your way back to where you came from, granting you the keys towards your freedom and victory.

That’s all you need to know to beat Trace on Cool Math Games. Take note of these tips and hints to get a head start on the game whether you’re new to escape room puzzle games or not.
