But did you know there’s a secret trick to speed running that? Read on to find out more.

It’s Time For A Heist! Zelda Breath Of The Wild Yiga Clan Hideout Guide

What You Need For The Master Sword

Using a sword in the korok forest
Credit To Nintendo

In total, you need 13 hearts to pull and collect the Master Sword. Make your way to Korok Forest and go to the alcove that’s on the right of the big tree. This is where the sword rests. It’s a huge game changer, as it’s the only weapon in the game that can’t break. Instead of breaking, it will simply not be available to use for a while as it recharges – even the weapons of the goddess Hylia need a nap once in a while!

The Cheat Way For The Master Sword

Now, you have two options – you can keep grinding shrines until you get enough hearts, perfectly fine. But in the world would put yourself through that when you can use a method that’s faster and much less annoying? For this, you’ll need to head on over to Hateno village. Near Firly Pond, you’ll find a mysterious statue with horns that look like the goddess statues but is clearly different. This is because it’s not a goddess, it’s a demon that you can make deals with. By talking to him, you can trade in your hearts (and rupees, make sure you’ve got the coins) for stamina or vice versa. Therefore, you can forfeit a little bit of your stamina in exchange for hearts and possibly get up to the number of hearts you need, it absolutely works! The best part is that later on you can trade back the hearts for the stamina after you get the sword.

Once you’ve got enough hearts, just head back to Korok Village and claim your prize! The sword is surely happy to back with its hero again!

Will Pokemon Indigo Disk Be More Difficult Than Teal Mask? https://www.touchtapplay.com/will-pokemon-indigo-disk-be-more-difficult-than-teal-mask/ Fri, 01 Dec 2023 04:14:15 +0000 https://www.touchtapplay.com/?p=902991 Everybody has their opinions when it comes to the issue of Pokemon where according to some, they find the games too simple and handholding. There needs to be a harmony where older and young players can all enjoy the games. With its new mechanics, could the DLC fix this issue?

Need Help Picking Pokemon? Top 10 Pokemon To Have On Your Team in Scarlet and Violet

The Story So Far…

From what it seems like so far, the Hidden Treasure of Area Zero seems like an answer to what people have been asking for. Teal Mask’s story was very dark, and you can’t play it unless you’ve made at least a little bit of progress in the main game. The Pokemon and the trainers in it are higher leveled, so it’s really best enjoyed when you’ve beaten the elite four. The last boss is basically a fight with a terastallized Pokemon that has four bars of health, one coming after the other. It changes types too, making the battle with the elite four leader look like a cakewalk. It’s the first true and painful challenge of the games, setting what will likely be even more intense fights in Indigo Disk.

The Expected Intensity Of Indigo Disk

The Indigo Disk is set at a school where battles are a huge focus and you’re going to be put up with the best of the best. There’s a new elite four group, new moves, and the reintroduction of double battles. Based on this, it sounds like it could get a difficulty spike, one that was set up in Teal Mask. The story is expected to be unforgettable too, especially if the ending of Teal Mask is anything to go by. Since you have to finish the entirety of Teal Mask to play Indigo Disk, that is likely a sign that there’s a big difficulty spike and by doing them in order, you won’t be thrown to the wolves right away. The story will make more sense too. Think of it as like, when you play a gacha game but certain in-game events with spoilers or difficulty out of your range are locked to you. All in all, this is proof that Gamefreak is finally starting to find a middle ground for their games, a precedent that will hopefully continue in any future titles.

Zelda Breath Of The Wild Yiga Clan Hideout Guide https://www.touchtapplay.com/zelda-breath-of-the-wild-yiga-clan-hideout-guide/ Fri, 01 Dec 2023 03:41:48 +0000 https://www.touchtapplay.com/?p=902979 The remote roads in Zelda Breath of the Wild are filled with those nasty Yiga agents. Bad news, there’s a whole hideout full of them you’ll have to face later on when you get to Gerudo desert. Don’t worry, it’s not too hard to navigate. You could even say it’s…bananas.

Check Out This Drip! How to Get the Ancient Set in Zelda Breath Of The Wild

How To Begin The Mission

You’ll start this quest once you get to Gerudo Town and speak to Chief Riju. She’ll tell you that her family heirloom (the Thunder Helm) has been stolen by the Yiga clan. You need this in order to face divine beast Van Naboris, so there’s no choice but to invade their hideout and take it back.

Where To Find The Yiga Clan Hideout

a map to get to the yiga hideout
Credit to Nintendo

The hideout is situated between some cliffs not too far from town, so it shouldn’t be too tough to find. The best way is by taking a sand seal and going left from the shrine outside town. Try to stay near the cliffs on the right in order to avoid those big smoke clouds because they will make your Sheikah slate stop working if you get too close. The front of the hide out has several large rocks in front of it that look like fingers, you’ll spot it quickly.

The Yiga hideout in Zelda

There’s going to be some grunts guarding the pathway, take care of them and keep moving on until you reach the entrance hideout. Inside the foyer there’s going to be several tapestries, the way inside is hidden in one of these. Burn all of them to collect the treasure and you’ll eventually find one with steps.

How To Avoid The Yiga Grunts

Room One

Walk ahead and you’ll see that you’re on a platform, along with a Gerudo woman imprisoned. You can’t free her right now, but if you talk to her, she’ll tell you that the Yigas are always hungry for bananas. This is very important, so grab any and all bananas you see.

Next, glide to the platform. If the guard is about to catch you by surprise when you’re climbing up, you can use the time stop rune to freeze them in place. Drop a banana in front of him and when he runs to it, glide to the next area, where another guard is blocking a door.

Room Two

Hiding behind blocks in the yiga hideout

Use the time stop on him and drop a banana in the aisle and then run to the other side of the wall to hide. When he’s distracted, run through the unattended entrance. Go straight until you reach some long stairs that will take you to the lofts of the new room. Glide to the smaller platform and not the big one because the logs on it prevent you from being able to climb to the top. On top of this spot, turn left and you’ll see a different set of stairs across the way. Use bananas and time stop on any guards in your way and glide over there.

Room Three

The upper lofts in the yiga hideout
Credit to Nintendo

The awning panels here will lead you to be just below where the other guard is, so you can easily drop a banana right in front of them without being seen. Once you head to the next room, you’ll find some treasure chests buried in the sand. Pull them out using the Magnesis rune and in the process, you should see a mysterious block in the wall. This will lead to a fight with the boss Master Kohga. Once you beat him, you’ll get the Thunder Helm back and the quest will be complete. All of the grunts will be gone from the hideout now, so you can go back and collect any chests you couldn’t before.

Now you are all ready to take on Van Naboris and are one step closer to beating Calamity Ganon!

All Indigo Disk Returning Pokemon https://www.touchtapplay.com/all-indigo-disk-returning-pokemon/ Thu, 30 Nov 2023 22:15:54 +0000 https://www.touchtapplay.com/?p=902965 Part two of the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet DLC is just around the corner, so it’s officially time to get hype. While there’s plenty of new content to look forward to, the update also means seeing some cute familiar faces from past games, maybe some who were even your favorites.

Enjoy Teal Mask So Far? What Level Should You Be to Play the Pokemon Teal Mask DLC?

To access Indigo Disk, you have to have purchased the full DLC set and finished the main story of Teal Mask. You can get the DLC on the Nintendo eshop or you can purchase it from a reputable outside retailer, the choice is yours. The only thing is that if you purchase it on the eshop, you have to be careful and make sure you buy the version for the game (Scarlet or Violet) that you have because its two separate versions. So, if you have Violet, make sure to pick the one that says Violet and vice versa if you have Scarlet. Don’t make the mistake of getting the wrong one because you’ll just waste 34.99.

The player in the pokemon school

Once you have that, you just have to update the game and then restart it to access the new content. When you turn it on, just follow the procedural to get to the new area. Unlike the previous DLC of Pokemon Sword and Shield where you choose which parts to do in what order, it’s different here because the stories of part one and two are chronologically connected. Therefore, you need to complete the main story of Teal Mask in order to experience Indigo Disk.

Kommo-o from Pokemon

The main theme of Indigo Disk is starter Pokemon, so you’re going to see a lot of them around when the chapter drops on December 14th. There’s a good mix of classics from Kanto along with some Johto Pokemon, a generation which are often left out of the party. You’ll see some favorites from Unova as well! All of these are exclusive to the DLC area, you will not be able to find them in the regular Paldea map for now.

Pumpkin Panic Strategy Guide: Tips, Cheats, and More https://www.touchtapplay.com/pumpkin-panic-strategy-guide-tips-cheats-and-more/ Thu, 30 Nov 2023 06:52:15 +0000 https://www.touchtapplay.com/?p=902897 If you are looking for a game that’s cute, challenge and downright terrifying, you have to try Pumpkin Panic. Here you play a little Pumpkin headed creature on a farm surrounded by forests. All truly seems serene until some mysterious things happen on the farm. Can you survive this nightmare?

Feel Like Exploring More Jumpscares? 5 Best Horror Games of All Time

The Best Ways To Make Money In Pumpkin Panic

Crops in Pumpkin Panic
Credit to Bilalaika

There’s not much to do on the farm besides crops and fishing, the latter of which you’ll have to craft if you want to use it. The choice is yours, but the overall goal is to get enough money to get the parts to fix the boat and escape the area. Fish really don’t bring in a lot of money, so you can skip if you want to. For easier and faster money, just sell the sticks and weed in the recycling machine. It’s the thing on the right side of the house that looks like a buzzsaw on a table. Seeds are easier and a better profit because you can increase crops value over time. Cheat tip: you can speedrun watering and planting crops by holding down whatever button on your controller goes left and right and pressing the action button at the same time.

Monsters In Pumpkin Panic

The Skinwalker

The first monsters you’re going to meet is a skinwalker. It will show up about 10 minutes into the game, being preceded by creepy violin music and the crow telling you to run and hide. As soon as you hear that music, you immediately run into your house. Don’t finish any tasks, don’t try running from outside, just get inside as quickly as possible. It’s going to make an unpleasant noise when it slams on your door, so be prepared for a jumpscare. After it does that, wait a few minutes and you should be clear to go back outside. Never dillydally indoors for too long because if you do, the candles on the table next to the bed will go out and a shadowy ghost monster will attack you.

The Clown Brothers

You might notice eventually a sign stuck to the front of your house with a picture of a clown that says, “follow my song”. This is the trickiest mechanic in the game. What you have to do is follow the melody until you encounter a red clown. Follow it quickly or the clown will leave, and you’ll have to either wait the next night or just hope you’re lucky. Lore note: There’s a monster with glowing red eyes that shows up in the well at night, but he won’t attack you, he’ll just give you heart palpitations.

Now we’re sure horror movies have taught you not to follow clowns with red balloons, but there’s an exception here. The red clown will have a balloon you need to take. Hold onto this because its important later. On the same night, an aggressive blue clown also playing music will come after you. To pacify him, give him the red balloon. You can’t really skip this because unlike the skinwalker, the blue clown can come into your house and attack you. If you can master this mechanic, you should be able to survive in the game for a while, because spoiler alert, you’ll have to perform this every night.

The Not-Deer Deer

You might have seen around the perimeter of the farm small signs with the silhouette of a deer on them. This is a clue about what the next monster that shows up will be like. On the second night, a mysterious deer will show up, but we can assure you it’s no Bambi. If you go near it, it will turn into a Wendigo and attack and chase you. Just like with the Skinwalker, your best course of action is to just get inside the house as fast as possible. Once it goes back to being a deer, you’re safe to return outside.

What To Level First In Pumpkin Panic

The two big things you should focus on leveling are your boots to make you faster so that you can run away from the enemies if need be. Remember, you have no way of defending yourself, so if they touch you once, you’re done. You can unlock the other fields if you want to and plant other crops, but it’s more worth it just to use the main field since you don’t have a ton of time to fill in all of them. The days are short, and the monsters are waiting in the shadows for you. Cheat tip: another easy money hack is picking up those shiny coins you occasionally find on the ground. These are supposed to be for changing your outfit, but you can sell them instead. We’re not here for fashion, we’re here to not get eaten.

The game ends when you are able to get all of the gears for the boat. Put them into the engine, jump into the cab and head on out. You survived the hellscape farm!

Coral Island Hardwood Location – Where To Find Hardwood in Coral Island https://www.touchtapplay.com/coral-island-hardwood-location-where-to-find-hardwood-in-coral-island/ Thu, 30 Nov 2023 01:50:28 +0000 https://www.touchtapplay.com/?p=902886 Did you ever play Animal Crossing New Horizons but wished it was more like Stardew Valley? Do you find farming simulators to be too linear sometimes? If those apply to you, you need to check out Coral Island, the newest farming simulator where you can live life in literal paradise.

Need Help With Other Game Resources? How to Get and Use Mill in Coral Island

What To Use Hardwood For In Coral Island

a house made of wood in coral island
Credit to Stairway Games

Hardwood is an important resource in the game for upgrading certain buildings later on. It’s a step up from your regular wood that you just can’t get by using a basic axe. When it comes to games of these style, if this is your first one, a rule of thumb to go by is to focus specifically on upgrading all of your tools first. Better tools mean better resources, finishing things faster, using less energy, etc. This efficiency will allow you to grow your farm in the most optimal way possible.

The Best Way To Collect Hardwood In Coral Island

chopping down trees in coral island
Credit to Stairway Games

There’s an easy-to-get hardwood method, and that’s purchasing it from the carpenter’s shop. One problem though, it isn’t cost effective and in the early stages of the game, you probably can’t afford it. But that’s okay because we have a better method that is a much more long-term solution. Instead of wasting your currency on that, you are going to save up to upgrade your axe to a silver axe, which is the second upgrade for it after the bronze one. With a silver axe, you can break up those big dark hardwood logs found on the map, located in the mid forest to the west of the farm and the area north that unlocks later on.

How To Get A Silver Axe In Coral Island

To get a head start on a tool upgrade, you’ll want to head to the cavern on the island where ore is found. There are some monsters in here, so make sure you’re going with supplies to heal yourself if need be. Shiny things are never truly easy to get! You’ll find bronze ore in the first twenty floors and silver once you get to the twenty first and beyond, both of which you’ll find by breaking stones. You need five ores for to make one bar later, so you need to acquire at least 25 ores because the upgrades require 5 bars each. Don’t worry, we organized them for you below!

  • Bronze Axe: A plain axe, 20 wood, and 5 bronze bars. Need 1500 gold to upgrade.
  • Silver Axe: An axe upgraded to bronze, 20 wood, and 5 silver bars. Need 3000 gold to upgrade.

To make ores into bars, you have to bring to a furnace, the recipe which you’ll get by default after you explore the cavern and get your first supply of bronze ore.

  • Furnace recipe: 40 stones and 20 bronze ores

Once you have all your ingredients and enough gold accumulated, it’s time to head on over to Pablo and Rafaels shop to upgrade your axe. Bronze ones will take a day and silver will take at least 2 days. Now that you have a silver axe, you can harvest tons of hardwood off the island! Build paradise and explore by downloading Coral Island today!

Plants vs. Zombies: Battle For Neighborville

3rd person shooters tend to be underappreciated and they really don’t deserve it, as they are good for people who get motion sick from 1st person games. In Plants vs. Zombies, play as an adorable but ferocious sapling who must destroy zombies invading your home. It’s much too campy to be creepy, so it’s perfect for those who scare easily in regular zombie themed games.

For the dinosaur nerds that can’t stop watching Prehistoric Planet, Ark is the game for you. When it comes to first person shooters, you can’t go wrong with Destiny 2. Set in a post-apocalyptic world, your job is to defend your home from aliens as its last stand. It continues to be popular as an online game, so if you’re looking for something with a little more story than say Apex Legends, try this.

Diablo 3

Diablo 3 is an older game, but it still somehow holds up pretty well. You’ll team up with other players to defeat hordes of monsters which have risen from the depth of hell. It’s great if you enjoy an MMO style game, but you’re not the biggest fan of MMO gaming culture. There are different character classes to choose from such as a demon hunter, monk, crusader, etc, each with different powers. It always takes two to tango in these, so find yourself a team if you’re diving in.

Don’t Starve Together

Phogs

While it might be fun, games like Cuphead could be too scary for a kid. Instead, play Phogs with them. It’s the most adorable wholesome game where two people control a two-headed puppet doll. It’s a great way to introduce the little ones to puzzles and platformer style, as the game involves both. This is the perfect thing to play with them over their winter break!

Blanc

We absolutely love indie games, even more so when they have cute animal characters. In Blanc, two people play a wolf pup and a baby deer who cross paths while lost in a wintery forest. While at first apprehensive of one another, they sort their differences out and work together to make the journey home. Without any dialogue, it’s up to you how you interpret the story.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons

While technically a single player game, Animal Crossing New Horizons does allow you to have player visitors on your island and you can do activities like fishing and looking for fossils together. This classic title is just another great one for a beginner gamer or a little ones Christmas gift because of how simple it is. Plus, there’s so many different adorable villagers that everyone will find their favorite.

Monster Hunter Rise

Monster Hunter Rise is a great game for when you want to play with a group of people who have all different skill levels. The process is very simple, a group of hunters (the players) team up to fight a big bad monster and use their parts to build armor and weapons. You can fight small monsters like the Great Izuchi and work your way up, or you can throw down with a challenge and go after Magnamalo. Either way, it’s a great way to bond by teaming up.

Portal is a classic two-player puzzle game that’s challenging but interesting. If you’re not going to do it for the gameplay, do it for the commentary of Glados, the sassy snarky and sarcastic AI that guides you through the rooms. She’ll keep you on your toes through the whole thing. Did we mention she’s in both games too? You can never get rid of Glados, she’s too powerful.

Stardew Valley is all about building the perfect farm, but it’s also about making your ideal family life. At some point you’ll find a bachelor or bachelorette character that you like and when you marry them, you can start having kids together. For that to happen though, you need something.

What You Need in Order to Begin Parenthood in Stardew Valley

Obviously, the first step to parenthood in the game is marriage. There’s no way to have kids as a single person. If you want to, you can go through the process of marriage and getting pregnant and then divorce your spouse for 50000 gold after they’re born. The children will live with you on the farm full-time, so you’ll basically be a single parent.

Whatever your end goals are, you have to go through the process of courting an eligible bachelor or bachelorette by giving them gifts. The first step is to offer them a bouquet that you can purchase at Pierre’s shop which will officially change their status with you to girlfriend or boyfriend. Do this when you have at least eight hearts with them.

How to Ask a Villager to Marry You in Stardew Valley

The second step is to propose to your partner when you reach ten hearts. For this, you need a Mermaids Pendant, which you can get from the man who appears on the beach on rainy days. This is the only way you can get a Mermaid’s Pendant. Also, you need to have upgraded your place at least once in order to be eligible for marriage. The bachelor pad that you start out with just doesn’t suit two people.

Renovating the Farmhouse in Stardew Valley

Once you get married and your spouse moves in with you, the next step is to get the house to its second upgrade, where living space for children will be added. When all the conditions are right, your partner will ask you if you want to have children, and if you agree, the baby will come two weeks later. Same-sex couples are not left out of the party here, they will have the same process, but the baby will come through adoption instead of conception.

Can You Have a Second Child in Stardew Valley?

If you want to have a second baby, make sure that you keep the crib that’s in the house because if you take it out at any point, you won’t be able to conceive kids’ period. The process is the same, keep your spouse happy, and the right furniture conditions; it’s just a matter of time. Once your first child is old enough to sleep in a regular bed, you’ll get the option of having baby number two because the next kid will of course use the crib.

How to Have Children in Stardew Valley Multiplayer

For people who want to have a child in the multiplayer mode, the requirements are the same as the story mode except that both players have to agree to have a child when asked. Once that goes through, a baby will come after two weeks just like if you were married to a villager.

To sum up, all you have to do for kids is have a honey bunny and the right space for them. You can raise a family today in Stardew Valley!

There are a few who specialize in this, with the one you get depending on the gacha. All have their strengths and weaknesses of course, but who is truly the best?

Rapunzel

Pilgrim characters are rare, but there’s still a chance you could be surprised by Rapunzel. This beautiful lady does it all; she can heal, she can damage, and she can even revive characters. With her first skill, she’ll fix three of the weakest Nikkes on your team. She’s great for later-game bosses, interception battles, and challenge content.

Mary

Mary is a doctor in the Ark that looks after both humans and Nikkes. She’s sweet and comforting, but if she catches you not washing your hands, you’re done for. Her powers allow her to boost your team’s defense as long as their HP isn’t low. Because of this, she works best for short-form battles.

Marciana

Marciana is a good in-between healer who’s perfect for early-game content. While not the strongest, she does have her place in the world of healers. What she does with her skills is that she takes some damage and brings it back in the form of adding it to the HP bar. Besides that, she also has an AOE skill that aids in restoring health for everyone in the squad.

Liter

Liter is more of a support for attacks, but she’s just so strong that we have to put her here. Her skills are the kind that gets better the more they’re used, which makes her perfect for later game story content and bosses. She does have a skill that can heal up to half of a Nikkes HP.

Pepper

Pepper is often hailed as one of the best healers in the game and for good reason. This adorable doctor comes with a unique skill where she heals the team when she damages raptures, a two-in-one if you will. She can also raise the number of boosts able to be used by all units and heal over time, making her an invaluable team member.

Whichever healer you have, all of these will carry your team well throughout your gameplay!
