Beau Berman (Jenks High School 1992; B.A. U. of Arkansas 1996; M.A.C.E. Dallas TheologicalSeminary 2004; Th.M. Dallas Theological Seminary, 2009 ordained in the Presbyterian Church in America, North TexasPresbytery, November 2010). Joined the Acts 29 Network in 2013. Beau enjoys spending time with his family, and hearing people’s stories.
Joshua Burdette (B.A. Anderson University; M.Div. Covenant Theological Seminary, ordained in the Presbyterian Church in America, 2013). Joshua enjoys cooking, being outdoors, and learning how to be a new father.
Caleb Harlan (University of Tulsa Graduate) joined the Ethos Team in February of 2015. He enjoys time with his wife, smoking BBQ, playing sports, and loves being outside!
Charlie was born and raised in Tulsa and has attended Ethos since it's start. He comes from a family of artists and musicians. He has played guitar in many different bands since the age of 14 and has toured the midwest as a drummer. He is the proud owner of Backshack recording studio here in Tulsa, OK where he records, mixes, and produces all types of music. He enjoys spending time relaxing with his wife Julie and their son Crosby, kicking back with a good beer and listening to metal.
Daniel Rusco has been with Ethos since day one. He's a big fan of curiosity, creativity, and giving new life to old things. He believes that leadership is service and that living well means holding the tension of opposing realities.
Danica Whitman (Bachelor of Music, Belmont University) was raised in Oklahoma and moved back to the Sooner state in 2014 after 11 years in Nashville. She enjoys drawing attention to how often Abraham Lincoln appears in everyday life.
Julie Ireland (BSBA in Accounting and Management, University of Tulsa // Associates in Fashion Design, Clary Sage College) considers herself an OG Ethos member. She's from Broken Arrow, now living in Tulsa with her loves, Charlie and Crosby. Julie enjoys documentaries, true crime, softball, hoppy beers, sitting crooked and talking straight.
